About this office
Texas is divided into 38 areas called districts, each with about 800,000 people. Every two years your district elects one U.S. Representative — one of 435 in Washington, and the only one who answers to you. They vote on laws that touch your health care, your taxes and your rights.

Dan BarriosDan Barrios was a first responder on the ground helping people after the deadly 2015 Garland/Rowlett tornado, working with the American Red Cross.
About Dan
Barrios grew up in a working-class family in Brownsville and now serves on the Richardson City Council. He spent years as a business instructor and executive in sales before running for Congress, and he also mentors people in state jails through his church and community work.
Charles HarperCharles Harper is a Navy veteran, former construction worker, educator, and mental health advocate running as an Independent for Texas's 32nd Congressional District.

Harper says he was raised in poverty and rebuilt his life through education and military service; his campaign centers on working families, veterans, and students getting "a fair shot."
Jace YarbroughJace Yarbrough flew to inner-city Detroit as a volunteer attorney in 2024 to work election-fraud cases for Trump's campaign.
About Jace
Yarbrough is a seventh-generation Texan and Air Force veteran who went on to Stanford Law School and became a constitutional lawyer, including work for Texas Right to Life. He and his wife also founded a Christian school, Saint Francis Academy, and he's running for Congress after President Trump and Governor Abbott endorsed him in the primary.
