Henry Cuellar
Democrat
He was indicted in 2024, accused with his wife of taking roughly $600,000 in bribes from Azerbaijan's government and a Mexico City bank — then President Trump pardoned them both in December 2025, before the case went to trial.
Tano Tijerina
Republican
He was first elected Webb County Judge as a Democrat in 2014, then switched to the Republican Party in December 2024 before launching this congressional run.
Marlon Duran
Green
He grew up undocumented in McAllen before becoming a community organizer and the Green Party's candidate for Congress in his home district.
