Who Ronny is
Ronny Jackson was the White House doctor who treated three presidents — Bush, Obama, and Trump — before running for Congress himself.
About Ronny
A former U.S. Navy officer, Jackson led the White House Medical Unit and served as physician to the president from 2013 to 2018. After President Trump nominated him to lead the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2018 (a nomination he withdrew amid allegations he denied), Jackson ran for and won Texas's 13th Congressional District seat in 2020 and has represented the Amarillo-based, heavily Republican Panhandle district since 2021.
