Rafael Anchía has represented the same slice of Dallas County in the Texas House for over twenty years, first winning the seat back in 2004.
Anchía is a Dallas attorney who chairs the House Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Broadband and also sits on the State Affairs and Environmental Regulation committees.
