Phil Gray is a perennial Libertarian candidate who has now run for Congress in three different Texas districts.
Gray, who has worked as a property manager and small business owner, holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. He previously ran for U.S. House seats in TX-27 (2020) and TX-30 (2022) before running in TX-26 in 2024 and again in 2026 as the Libertarian nominee, campaigning mainly on paying down the national debt.
Gray’s take on Texas values
Gray says abortion is not the government's place to decide and that it should be left to a woman and her doctor. [Ballotpedia]
