Kyle Rable worked full-time in restaurants and kitchens while earning his degrees, and he's a captain in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Rable is a Lubbock Democrat and Texas Tech PhD candidate who previously served as secretary of the Lubbock County Democratic Party.
