Hall practiced law for more than 40 years — redistricting fights, environmental cases for the State, municipal prosecutor — then in 2022 unseated the Republican judge of County Court at Law No. 1. Now he's asking Hays County to vote to keep him there.
He holds three UT degrees — architecture, public affairs and law — is a certified mediator, and lives in Wimberley, where he serves on the boards of Imagine Wimberley and Wimberley Valley Radio and mentors students at Texas State and Wimberley ISD.
