He survived the Congolese genocide as a small child and arrived in Houston as a 5-year-old refugee, and now works there as an IT analyst.
About Espoir
Ngabo built a career in information technology, working at companies including BrandSafway, Entegris, and Kapsch Group, and now serves as a regional IT analyst. He's running as the Green Party nominee to try to become the first third-party candidate to represent TX-07, saying he wants to protect the community that took him in as a refugee.

She's now seeking another term representing Texas's 7th District, where she's focused on protecting the Affordable Care Act, defending abortion access, and pushing back on cuts to Social Security and Medicare.
Alexander HaleHe turned down other schools to attend Baylor on a full-ride academic scholarship, where he quadruple-majored in finance, political science, philosophy, and business.

Hale works in Houston as an energy and chemicals consultant and previously spent time at a Washington think tank before running for office. TX-07 is his first campaign for any elected position, and he's running as a self-described devout Christian and constitutional conservative who wants smaller federal government and a stronger local energy sector.
