About Eric
Flores served in the U.S. Army and Texas Army National Guard, then worked as an assistant U.S. Attorney prosecuting cases in South Texas. He holds a law degree from Texas Southern University. He's running with Donald Trump's endorsement, focused on border security, veterans, and Second Amendment rights.

He's running for reelection after Texas Republicans redrew his district to be more competitive.
Chris RoyalHe grew up working in his father's restaurant in Missouri before joining the Army and later running for Congress in Texas three times.

Royal was born in Kokomo, Indiana and moved to Springfield, Missouri as a kid, where he worked in his family's restaurant. He earned a philosophy degree from Missouri State, then served in the U.S. Army before settling in South Texas. He's run for the District 34 seat before, losing to Vicente Gonzalez and Mayra Flores in 2022, and is running again on a Libertarian platform of balanced federal budgets.
Eddie EspinozaHe spent 26 years as a public-school teacher in the Rio Grande Valley before running for Congress, after serving in the Army during Desert Storm.

Espinoza was born in Dallas, enlisted in the U.S. Army at 19 and served during Desert Storm, earning a Combat Infantry Badge. He later earned a degree from what's now UT Rio Grande Valley and taught reading and math in RGV public schools for 26 years. He's running as a Green Party candidate on a platform of rejecting corporate PAC and AIPAC money.
