Spiller is a Jacksboro attorney of 35+ years who practices with his two sons and previously served 26 years as a Jacksboro ISD school board trustee.
He has represented District 68 in the Texas House since 2021 and chairs the Intergovernmental Affairs Subcommittee on County and Regional Government.
