Flores has spent his whole life in the Houston Ship Channel neighborhoods he's now trying to represent in the Texas House.
Flores is a lifelong resident of House District 144, which sits along the Houston Ship Channel, and has worked in global commerce and international trade. He's running as the Republican challenger to longtime Democratic incumbent Mary Ann Perez, saying his business background gives him a read on how to bring new employers and jobs to the district. He also emphasizes respect for the area's blue-collar workforce and the daily hardships they face.
Flores was added from official ballot data; we have not yet researched their public statements on this issue. Positions will be added as we verify them.
