Carl Tepper is an Air Force veteran who served as a C-130 flight engineer in the Persian Gulf War before a 20-plus-year career in Lubbock commercial real estate.
He has represented House District 84 since 2021 and chairs the House's Permanent Subcommittee on State-Federal Relations.
