Noble, a more than 30-year resident of Collin County who lives in Lucas with her husband Robert, first won her House District 89 seat in 2018 and is now seeking a fifth term. In the legislature she's built a record as a reliable conservative vote, co-authoring the state's near-total abortion ban, backing the 2025 private-school voucher program, and helping pass border-enforcement laws.
