About Caitlin
Rourk served in the Army and National Guard, earned a business degree from UT, and worked on policy in Washington. She's the Democratic candidate for this open seat after its longtime Republican congressman, Michael McCaul, retired. The district stretches from Houston's suburbs all the way to north Austin.
