Orr’s take on Texas values
In April 2025 the Texas House passed a law creating the state's first private-school voucher program using taxpayer money; Orr is a Republican incumbent who campaigned for and supports the voucher program, and the Texas Classroom Teachers Association recommended voters oppose her over this vote.
