An attorney and El Centro College professor, Ramos has represented HD 102 (parts of Dallas, Richardson, and Garland) since 2019.
She chairs the Texas House Progressive Caucus and ran for Speaker in 2024-25, campaigning on blocking vouchers and restoring abortion access.
