Alan Schoolcraft served six terms in the Texas House back in the 1980s, then returned to the same job more than 30 years later.
Schoolcraft is an Air Force veteran, attorney, and business owner from Guadalupe County who first served in the Texas House from 1981 to 1993. He returned to the Legislature in 2024 representing District 44 (Guadalupe and Gonzales counties) and is running for a second term in 2026.
